The journey of this legendry ointment or wonder dressing dates back to 1926 when Sardar Shri Jiwan Singh Ji, community leader of Thathera (metal utensils craftmen) in Gujranwala, created this all natural and organic medicine for the workers who manually used to do casting of hot molten metals. Based on traditional family knowledge Sh Jiwan Singh ji brought magical relief to most of the poor workers who used to get burnt during this molting process. SUKHSAR was also a life savior for many during those days with major burns, non healing wounds, ulcers and skin abrasions and was sincerely appreciated by senior bureaucrats of those times.
SUKHSAR is pure herbal; natural in origin, containing medicinal plants based ingredients. SUKHSAR is claimed to reduce severe pain of burns, prevents shock, and reduces dermal infections. Wound healing is promoted by prevention of dermal water loss along with pharmacological effects of its magical herbal contents. Additionally SUKHSAR also has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and analgesic effects. It was claimed that therapy with SUKHSAR induces a fast healing accompanied by a low hazard of infection by decreasing bacterial wound colonization, and that the use of analgesics can be reduced or stopped. The SUKHSAR OINTMENT is a registered patented formulation since 1926 under Northern India Chamber of Commerce.
An abrasion, also known as an excoriation or "brush burn," is a minor injury that occurs when the skin is rubbed or torn off. It is a shallow wound, typically a wearing away of the top layer of skin (the epidermis) due to an applied friction force against the body.
Abrasions are, for the most part, minor injuries that can be treated relatively easily at home, with supplies commonly found in a first-aid kit. Rinse and clean the abrasion with cool or lukewarm water and mild soap or an anti-bacterial cleanser. Try not to directly scrub the wound, but attempt to gently remove any dirt particles or debris. To help prevent infection, apply a thin layer of SUKHSAR. Not only this ointment help the wound heal faster, they also help to keep the affected area moist, help prevent infection, and aid in the body’s natural healing process.
SUKHSAR can help reduce the pain and inflammation caused by burns. In some cases, SUKHSAR also can help promote healing of the skin.
When it comes to treating burns at home, the level or severity of the burn is of the utmost importance:
First-Degree Burns: Red and painful, first-degree burns tend to swell slightly and turn white when you apply pressure to the skin.
Second-Degree Burns: Typically producing blisters, second-degree burns are thicker, very painful, and may cause the skin to turn red, splotchy, and swollen.
Third-Degree Burns: A type of burn that damages all layers of the skin, third-degree burns leaves the skin white or charred. Due to damage in the nerves and tissue, third-degree burns may cause little or no pain. These types of burns require immediate medical attention.
Minor burns can usually be safely cared for at home. If you have a burn that covers a large area of your body, a deep burn or one that's on your face, hands, feet, groin, or on top of a major joint, see your doctor or health care provider right away. For 1st and 2nd degree burns clean the burn area and apply thin layer of Sukhsar ointment. For deeper burns consult a physician and apply thick layer of SUKHSAR ointment and cover with gauze/dressing.
SUKHSAR appears to have beneficial effects on non healing wounds. It can also be concluded that SUKHSAR appears to have beneficial effects on healing venous ulcers. SUKHSAR has been shown to stimulate various enzyme systems, cell metabolism, circulation, and collagen formation as well as improve the healing of wounds.
The ulcers should be thoroughly derided with removal of fibrin, and, if present, necrotic tissue and thick layer of SUKHSAR ointment is applied daily over it and covered with dressing. SUKHSAR can be applied twice depending on the size and severity of the ulcer
