Indus speciality health will provide a refund to a customer in accordance with the Law, when there is proof of purchase, under the following circumstances:
Medication Return Procedure:
RETURNS DUE TO PHARMACY ERROR:
Any medication can be returned to the Pharmacy if the medication was sent in error to the consumer and the error was the fault of the Pharmacy. This is the ONLY instance in which a Controlled Medication can legally be returned.
a. If due to Pharmacy error, a delivered medication must be returned to Indus speciality health within 7 days of receipt by the client/facility.
b. Pharmacy error may include the following situations:
c. Duplicate medication was sent
d. Incorrect medication sent to patient/facility
e. Medication that was labeled incorrectly
MEDICATION CANNOT BE RETURNED TO THE PHARMACY IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS EXIST:
a. Medication has been used or opened
b. Medications with partial contents.
c. Medications that require refrigeration
e. Medications that have been altered in any
f. Medications that are expired or has an expiration date within 120 days
Customers are not legally entitled to a refund if:
- They change their mind or no longer want the goods
- Choose the wrong size, colour etc.
Indus speciality health will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. If by any circumstance Indus speciality health agrees to a refund whereby the customer has made the error Postage to return the item will be paid for by customer. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if the shipping policy is not met after the product/order return request.
Refunds must be given in the form of original payment.
Refunds and exchanges are given at the purchase price.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. Accepted return must then be received by Indus speciality health within 7 days of Return Request approval.
Products purchased online cannot be returned in store.
How to request a return for an online order:
Go to our return request form and enter the required information.
Once the return request has been lodged you will be contacted via email or phone to advise next steps.
Returned goods must be unopened, unused condition for the return to be accepted. In the case the product does not meet the requirements when received by Indus speciality health the customer will be contacted and the return will not be accepted.
If the return request form is incorrectly completed or the requirements in this policy are not strictly complied with (for example, a product is returned because you believe that it is faulty or is not in re-saleable condition) we will be unable to return the product to you, or provide you with a refund or exchange relating to the returned product.
